本项目设计获意大利国际大奖，其良好的景观和生态意象，同时与自然景观相辉映，自然而不张扬的城市中的生态绿洲。设计师在作品中充分体现青海地方传统的庄廓的和大量的民俗纹饰元素，形成民俗风格的商业建筑组合，双首层的理念适应了地形高差，最大限度的提升了商业动线价值。

The scheme features distinctiveQinghai vernacularvillage-courtyard architecture and huge amount of elements extracted from folk art ornaments, creating a complex of commercial buildings in native customs style. The first double-layer mode adapts to the terrain elevation difference, maximizing the value of commercial move line.
